HDR has served the United States Federal Government and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its predecessor agencies for over 15 years, accomplishing more than 350 task orders as well as developing the technical standards for its international airports. We have planned, programmed and/or designed virtually every facility type that the department has in its inventory, including border patrol sectors and stations, detention facilities, major offices, service centers, headquarters offices and training facilities.
