A major medical facility and referral center for North Central Washington, Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee is undergoing a new multi-story patient tower addition. The tower addition includes new OB and ICU department patient rooms dedicated to the delivery of excellent, cost-effective healthcare. All rooms in the new patient tower will be private, equipped for acuity and flexibility. The new addition will result in a new entrance and a parking deck. Planning began in early 2008, with construction starting in the spring of 2009. The completion of the new patient tower at Central Washington Hospital is targeted for fall of 2010.
